Jordan Arocha serves as President of Munro & Associates, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, growth initiatives, and consulting operations. He works closely with clients and leadership teams to transform engineering insight into measurable business results, helping organizations improve profitability, accelerate product development, and strengthen competitive advantage.

Jordan has spent over 15 years leading engineering, consulting, and program management initiatives that help organizations improve product performance, optimize costs, and accelerate innovation. Throughout his career at Munro, he has held leadership roles across benchmarking, engineering consulting, EV programs, defense programs, and organizational development. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Vehicle Engineering & CAE at Roush and held several leadership positions at Munro, where he led the company’s engineering and consulting workforce and served as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.

Jordan is committed to building high-performing teams and delivering solutions that create measurable value for clients. He believes the greatest impact comes from aligning engineering excellence with business objectives to drive long-term growth and measurable results for clients.

Jason Hill serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Munro & Associates, where he leads commercial strategy, customer engagement, and new business development initiatives.

Jason brings over 30 years of global automotive and mobility experience to Munro. Prior to joining Munro, he held engineering and sales roles of increasing responsibility at PHINIA, Magna Powertrain, and BorgWarner, supporting major global OEM customers and leading sales strategy, customer engagement, and sales planning system development across a wide array of product portfolios.

He is focused on building strong customer partnerships and driving sustainable business growth by connecting technical expertise with commercial strategy. He believes long-term success is built through trusted relationships, disciplined execution, and delivering value across the full product lifecycle.

Scott Hildreth serves as Vice President of Operations at Munro & Associates, where he leads operational execution and program delivery for client programs and internal teams. He is responsible for ensuring project success, improving delivery processes, and aligning engineering and operational teams to achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients.

Scott brings over 35 years of experience across the automotive, defense, and engineering industries in operations, program management, and technical leadership roles. Prior to joining Munro, he held leadership positions at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, BAE Systems, and AM General. In these roles, he supported vehicle and defense programs, contributing to program execution, engineering performance, and operational delivery.

Scott is focused on building high-performing teams and delivering consistent value and client success across engineering and consulting programs.

Jon DeRyckere is Director of Finance for Munro & Associates and Munro Defense, leading financial strategy and operations across the organization’s commercial and defense businesses. He partners with ownership and leadership teams to drive performance, improve financial visibility, and support long-term growth.

Prior to joining Munro, Jon served as a Strategic Partner through DeRyckere Consulting,LLC and held senior financial leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer at All State Fastener Corporation, Vice President of Finance at Heartland Home Services, and Controller at Randazzo Heating & Cooling. Throughout his career, he has led financial transformations, supported M&A transactions, strengthened reporting and forecasting systems, and partnered with executive teams to create enterprise value.

Jon holds an MBA from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Jon is focused on building financially disciplined organizations that drive sustainable growth through accountability, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making.

With a career spanning operating leadership, capital markets, and strategic oversight of complex global businesses, he brings deep expertise in corporate leadership, industry strategy, and building high-performing organizations across the mobility ecosystem.

Dieter is the former CEO of Daimler AG, where he led Mercedes-Benz to global leadership in premium vehicles and oversaw the successful Daimler-Chrysler demerger. With over 45 years of automotive experience, he has held senior engineering, operational, and executive roles across the globe. He continues to serve on leading global boards and advisory roles across mobility, technology, and industrial sectors.

Robert has over 40 years of experience in automotive and mobility, including leading global, multi-billion-dollar manufacturing enterprises. He previously served as CEO of Nexteer Automotive and Aludyne, with a track record of transforming businesses through operational discipline, lean manufacturing, and strategic optimization. He brings extensive public and private board experience across global industrial companies.

Mitchell has over 45 years of experience in public equity research and private equity. He is a member of the Executive Council at American Securities and a former Partner at One Equity Partners. His career includes extensive board leadership across public and private industrial and automotive companies, as well as advisory roles at Carlyle Group.

Matthew is the former President and CEO of Lear, where he led global strategy and operations for one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers. With over 35 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in automotive manufacturing, financial leadership, and operational execution across global markets. He currently serves on the board of Luminar Technologies.

Steve is the former President of General Motors International, where he led operations across global markets with responsibility for strategy, manufacturing, and performance. He brings decades of automotive leadership experience across engineering, operations, and executive management. He is also the founder of the Kiefer Foundation, focused on advancing safe driving through education and advocacy.

Sandy is the former CEO and current board member of Munro & Associates LLC. With decades of experience in automotive engineering and manufacturing, he is widely recognized for his expertise in lean design, cost optimization, and vehicle innovation. He has advised major OEMs and suppliers globally on improving product efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Daniel is Chairman of Munro Defense Inc. with over 25 years of experience spanning finance, consulting, and operational leadership across multiple industries. He began his career as a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare (Nuclear) officer and later held roles in public sector consulting and corporate development. He brings deep expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and business operations.

Donald is a veteran automotive engineer with over 55 years of experience spanning advanced engineering, powertrain development, and executive leadership. He held senior roles at General Motors and Delphi, including Vice Chairman and Chief Technology Officer, and has led multiple companies as Chairman and CEO. He brings deep expertise in emerging vehicle technologies, electrification, and global engineering strategy, along with extensive board and advisory experience across the mobility and energy sectors.

Simon brings over 35 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, operations, and emerging technologies. He has held senior leadership roles at GM, Chrysler, and CNH Industrial, and is Managing Partner of IncWell. He also serves as CEO of Aro Homes, combining expertise in global supply chains, venture investing, and advanced technology development.
